  • The Iowa Waste Reduction Center’s STAR4D program is pleased to announce that Tobyhanna Army Depot will be the first depot in the nation to offer STAR4D Abrasive Blasting Certification to its employees.
     
• STAR4D’s Newest Satellite Site – Fort Rucker, AL (April 2012)
  • As the newest addition to Spray Technique Analysis and Research for Defense (STAR4D) satellite sites, Fort Rucker in Alabama is on the brink of beginning to conduct STAR4D certification.
